3. Working Principle and Basic Structure
1.Basic structure:
It is mainly composed of walking wheel, inclined iron, clamp, safety pin, reset spring, safety off-track device, oil tank, oil cylinder, oil pump, overflow valve, oil return valve, pull rod, etc.
The main structure is shown in the figure:
1 front clamp, 2 piston rod, 3 oil cylinder, 4 oil return valve (the other side is standby oil return valve), 5 middle clamp, 6 pull rod, 7 inclined iron (6 pieces), 8 rear clamp, 9 big safety pin, 10 wrench, 11 outer rocker arm, 12 oil tank, 13 return spring, 14 small safety pin (2 pieces).
2.Working principle:
1. When increasing the rail gap (i.e. pushing the rail): the front clamp 1 and the middle clamp 5 are used, and the rear clamp 8 is not involved in the work (it is not necessary to install the rear clamp 8 and the pull rod 6). The hydraulic pressure is put into the double oil cylinder through four plunger pumps, and the piston 2 is extended outwards. After the inclined iron in the front and middle clamps clamps clamps the two rails, the rail is pushed to increase the gap between the two rails, so as to adjust the rail The purpose of sewing.
2. When narrowing the rail gap (i.e. pulling the rail): in use, clamp 5 and rear clamp 8, front clamp 1 do not participate in the work. Through four plunger pumps, the hydraulic pressure is put into the double oil cylinder, and the piston extends outward. After the diagonal iron in the middle clamp and the rear clamp is clamped by the pull rod 6, the rail is pulled to narrow the gap between the two rails, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the rail gap.
