YFZ-147 Hydraulic Tie Spacer is a new type of manual hydraulic square sleeper tool suitable for railway line repair and maintenance. This machine is used to adjust the spacing of railway sleepers to promote balanced sleeper spacing, reasonably distribute the stress on the track, and prevent rail deformation and damage. The machine has a compact structure, easy operation, and is safe and labor-saving when used. It is one of the necessary supporting road maintenance equipment for railway line maintenance. The main parts of this machine are interchangeable with other road maintenance machines produced by our company, making it easy to maintain. It is improved on the basis of the original YFZ-I hydraulic tie spacer. The square pillow force is increased, which is to improve work efficiency, an ideal square pillow tool to reduce labor intensity.
